Goal: Capture a daily insight as audio and turn it into a LinkedIn article, a website post, and a short video—reliably in one hour.
Why this matters
I'm going deeper into AI coaching and coding—both the craft of building with AI and the practice of using it every day for health, wellness, clarity, and business outcomes. A lot of value is hiding in those daily insights we speak but never publish. This workflow makes sharing consistent, fast, and sustainable.
The One-Hour Cycle (Audio → Article → Video)
Timebox: 60 minutes total
1. Record (5–10 min)
- Speak a quick story from today: a lesson, an obstacle, or an idea.
- Keep it conversational and specific.
- Save the file to your "raw audio" folder.
2. Transcribe (3–5 min)
- Use Whisper (local or API) to transcribe to text.
- Light clean-up only: punctuation and obvious filler removal.
3. Structure & Draft (15–20 min)
- Prompt your AI assistant to build a clear outline: intro, 3–5 sections, conclusion.
- Generate a concise LinkedIn-first article with scannable headings.
- Add image blocks where a screenshot or photo will amplify the point.
4. Polish & Personalize (10–15 min)
- Add 1–2 tangible examples (keep them anonymized if needed).
- Trim jargon. Keep paragraphs short.
- Insert 2–3 internal links when publishing to your site.
5. Repurpose to Video (10–15 min)
- Use the article as a teleprompter for a 60–120 sec video.
- Record in vertical format; keep one big idea per clip.
- Add captions automatically; attach key phrases on screen.
Example Prompts (copy/paste)
Transcript → Outline
"Take this transcript and create a LinkedIn-friendly article outline. Focus on one main insight with 3-4 supporting points. Keep it scannable with clear headings and include spots for images."
[Paste your transcript here]
Article → Video Script
"Convert this article into a 90-second video script. Make it conversational, include natural pauses, and highlight 2-3 key takeaways that work well visually."
[Paste your article here]
Polish for Platform
"Adapt this content for [LinkedIn/website/newsletter]. Adjust tone, add relevant hashtags, and suggest 2-3 engagement questions for the audience."

Real Example: Yesterday's Insight
The Audio (3 minutes): I recorded thoughts about how AI coaching differs from traditional consulting—it's more about building internal capability than delivering solutions.
The Article (LinkedIn): Became a 400-word post about "Teaching vs. Doing: The AI Coach Advantage" with three concrete examples.
The Video (90 seconds): Vertical format explaining the same concept with on-screen text highlighting the key differences.
Total time: 52 minutes. Reach: LinkedIn post got 47 comments, website traffic up 23%, video shared 12 times.
Making It Stick
Week 1: Focus just on audio → article. Get comfortable with the transcription and structuring process.
Week 2: Add the video component. Don't worry about perfection—consistency beats polish.
Week 3: Start tracking what resonates. Which topics get engagement? What format works best for your audience?
Week 4: Optimize your prompts and tools based on what you've learned.
The Compound Effect
This isn't just about content creation—it's about thinking out loud consistently. After 30 days:
- Your ideas become clearer through daily articulation
- You build a searchable archive of your insights
- Your audience sees your thought process, not just conclusions
- You develop a reputation for consistent, valuable content
The magic happens when this becomes as routine as checking email.
